Little Pyg Brings Award-Winning Neapolitan Pizza to Dublin!

Powercourt’s newest restaurant Little Pyg has opened its doors in the Centre today. Three chefs from Pygamlion’s new sister restaurant spent the last three months living in Naples and training with pizza ‘Maestro’ Enzo Coccia. Enzo, known as one of the greatest experts of the Neapolitan pizza runs the first pizzeria ever to be recommended by the Michelin Guide and fork award, called La Notizia. Neapolitan pizza itself made headlines in 2017 by gaining UNESCO World Heritage status, and now, it’s coming to Dublin. The newly trained chefs are bringing back everything they learned about the art of Neapolitan pizza and joining them for the launch is Enzo Coccia himself. Dublin’s newest restaurant was designed by Nine Crows with the outdoors in mind and will feature a large amount of greenery, and even a tree coming in early 2020.Make sure you head into Little Pyg in Powerscourt Centre and taste the legendary pizza for yourself! https://littlepyg.com/ https://www.facebook.com/littlepyg/https://www.instagram.com/littlepyg/https://twitter.com/littlepygdublin
