Oliver! The Musical to Perform at the Simon House of Light Thursday 5th December
This Thursday 5th of December, Powerscourt Townhouse Centre will see the Simon Community House of Lights Campaign on the façade of the centre from 5pm -8pm. The event will showcase special guests and performers including the cast of Oliver and the Lucan Gospel Choir.
Festival Productions returns to the Simon House of Light at Powerscourt Townhouse Centre with another stunning performance for this charitable event in aid of the Simon Community – the ever popular Oliver! The team that brought The Wizard of Oz, Annie and The Sound of Music to the stage has a treat in store for all in attendance this Thursday with their fantastic production of the all-singing, all-dancing classic that is much loved by Irish audiences.
The incomparable Tony Finnegan returnsas Fagin in a performance acclaimed by critics and loved by audiences. Irishmusical theatre star Roisin Sullivan reprises the role of Nancy and the famousrole of Oliver is yet to be announced. They will be supported by over 100 singers, dancers and streeturchins in a performance that will be no doubt bursting with colour and energy.
The Centre will be filled to the brim with late-night shoppersenjoying the buzz of the festive activities and delicious complimentary mulledwine.
